If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return it. We will issue a refund equal to the amount you paid. Item delivery cost is not refundable. A customer covers all shipping costs when returning an item. A refund is issued when an item is received.
If you received an item you did not order, you don’t have to return it. Having received your message about the mistake, we will send you your order, however, only when we receive a photo of the wrong package with a name and address of an addressee.
Individual orders cannot be returned except for the cases when an item is of poor quality or does not meet agreed specifications.
