Which type of patch fastener should I use?
There are few types of patch fastening:

1. Without any fastener. A patch, without any fastener, will require you to sew it to the garment.

2. Velcro. Patches with velcro fastener will have two sides, one with hooks and another with loops sometimes referred to as touch fasteners.
If you have velcro hook fastener already on your garment then you can fasten your patch easily with the hook velcro side.
If your garment does not have velcro hook fastener, then you will need to stitch it yourself.
One of the advantages of the velcro fastener is that you can easily take off your patch. For instance, before washing it and put it back on afterwards.

3. Thermoweb. Using thermoweb you can easily put the patch on your garment without sewing it. You can fasten the patch with ironing it. Before applying thermoweb you must be sure that the garment is heat-proof, otherwise, ironing might deform the fabric.
The application of thermoweb consists of the following steps:
•The garment should be clean and freshly laundered, including new items.
•Set iron to “cotton”, 400 degrees, for five minutes.
•Thoroughly iron area of garment where the patch will be placed.
•Place the patch on the garment, embroidery facing up.
•Place cloth or light towel over the patch and using a slow circular motion, press firmly for 30 seconds.
•Turn garment inside out, and iron the back of the patch for 30 seconds.
•Let cool for one minute. If the edge of the patch can be lifted, repeat ironing for 30 seconds once more.
•Bear in mind that the permanence of application guaranteed by sewing.

Attention! Do NOT use on unironable fabrics (low melting point) such as nylons, vinyl, or leathers. Likewise, do NOT bleach the garment with the thermoweb patch fastener.
I haven‘t received my patch, what should I do?
Rarely does it happen that our products do not reach the receiver. Usually, the package is lost during transit or is returned back because of wrongly indicated address.
What should you do if you haven‘t received your package?
If you chose to receive a registered package, you should firstly track your package using the tracking number. You can find the tracking number on your account‘s purchase history. Can I order one custom patch with a custom design?
Yes, we create individual patches. If you wish to order an individual patch, please fill in the custom order form.
How much does it cost to order a custom patch?
The price of the custom patch depends on its size, form, design and quantity. When you will fill in the custom order form, we will contact you within 24 hours with a price proposal.
How long does it take to make a custom patch?
The time for making the custom patch depends on our availability as well as the quantity of the patches you have requested. Usually, we make custom patches within one working hour. We do minor orders within a few days.
How do you deliver the patches?
We deliver patches via mail services to your provided address. If during the delivery, you won‘t be at home, the postman will leave you a notice with which you can pick up your package at the closest post office. You will need to have your ID with you. By the way, we can deliver custom patches with a method that is preferable for you. Consequently, the customer pays for this service.
I received damaged items, what shall I do?
